Another exciting day on the BRAT diet. Boo!

Weight: 133 pounds

Breakfast: 2 multi-grain waffles, coffee with sugar-free Coffee-Mate

Morning Snack: None

Lunch: 1 piece of toast, 1/2 cup of applesauce

Afternoon Snack: 1 banana

Dinner: 2 cups of rice, 2 pieces of toast with olive oil

Evening Snack: None
