September 15, 2007 Diet Diary

Weight: 132 pounds

Breakfast: Bran cereal and milk

Morning Snack: None

Lunch: Cedar's Original Hummos and celery

Afternoon Snack: Half of a ZonePerfect Bar

Dinner: 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon almonds, 1.5 cups strawberries

Evening Snack: 1 glass of red wine and 2 ounces low-fat cheese

Exercise: 2 mile walk
